Finding low carb and keto friendly breakfasts can be hard enough, but once you remove eggs from the equation, it’s virtually impossible to find tasty options. Fortunately, we do have a few great egg free low carb breakfast ideas that are sure to delight your taste buds without ruining your diet.

#1 Catalina Crunch, Low Carb Dark Chocolate Cereal

One of the easiest, tastiest and fastest egg free low carb breakfast options is Catalina Crunch, a delicious cereal that tastes like it’s wrecking your diet, even though it isn’t.

Catalina Crunch is gluten and grain-free as well as vegan, and it clocks in at only 90 calories per serving with 5 grams of net carbs. Most impressively, there are a whopping 8 grams of protein in each serving.

Whether you eat it dry or pair it with your favorite milk, Catalina Crunch is tasty and ready in under a minute – the perfect recipe for a good morning.

#2 Egg-Free Sausage and Pepper Breakfast Scramble

This egg-free option is one of the tastiest egg free keto breakfast choices around, and it’s super easy to prepare.

Start by chopping up two bell peppers into one-inch strips. Place your pepper strips into a baking pan, toss with salt, pepper, and olive oil and roast them at 400°F for 20 minutes.

While your peppers cook, brown up a ½ pound of ground sausage. You can use breakfast sausage if you prefer, as well.

Once your sausage has browned nicely, toss it in with your peppers, and add a ½ pound of shredded mozzarella on top. Place the pan back in the oven at 400°F for another five minutes, until the cheese has melted.

This recipe keeps well, so feel free to refrigerate any leftovers for tomorrow’s breakfast.

#3 Bacon Guac Cups

Bacon and guacamole. Two things everyone loves. Together. For breakfast. Need I say more?

Start with nine strips of uncured bacon. Take six of the strips and cut them into thirds, and take the remaining three strips and cut them into quarters.

Next, take a mini muffin pan and flip it upside down. Start by placing your ¼ strips of bacon on top of each muffin cup. Next, wrap your ⅓ strips of bacon around each cup, and use a toothpick to hold them in place.

Place your muffin pan on top of a baking sheet to catch the grease, and pop them into the oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Once they cool, remove your cups and place a tablespoon full of guacamole in each cup. I buy my guacamole premade at the store (gasp!), but you can certainly make your own if you prefer.

#4 Green Tea Breakfast Smoothie

For a delicious egg-free low carb breakfast, reach for this tasty green tea smoothie. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 oz spinach
  • ½ a cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 scoop low-carb protein powder
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 5-10 drops liquid stevia

Start by combining the almond milk and spinach in your blender. This will make room for the other ingredients. Next, add all of the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour your smoothie into a glass or cup, and you’ve got a protein-packed low-carb breakfast that’s perfect for your busy morning routine.
